Deputy Commissioner gives farm machine to farmer who was beaten up by children

Haveri: Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Mahantesh Danammanavar on Tuesday visited the farm of Shankarappa Lamani, a farmer who was yoked to death by his children and listened to Shankarappa's cries.
